I am Dr. Michelle Jeffries, a board-certified integrative dermatologist. For years, I could explain everyone's skin but my own.

So I went looking for what my training had left out, through integrative medicine, chronobiology, and the older wisdom that understood the body long before modern science arrived to confirm it.
